Prime Communications seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T products and services. You’ll earn base pay plus a performance-based commission and have opportunities to advance within the company.

The role emphasizes an outstanding in-store experience and direct customer engagement at our Alabama locations. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
