Prime Communications in Guntersville, AL is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You'll deliver an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting relationships.

This role offers base pay plus commission ($40,000–$50,000+ annually) with ramp-up bonus, training, and career growth. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, and 18+ with legal work status is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
