Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking Retail Sales Associates to join our team of Wireless Sales Pros inside Walmart in Attalla, AL. This full-time role offers paid training, daily Pay options, base pay with uncapped commissions, and benefits.

You will promote wireless plans and accessories while helping customers compare post-paid and pre-paid options. You’ll work with a team to hit sales goals, receive a base pay raise periodically, and enjoy growth opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
