Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Fayetteville, AR. You will help customers select devices and plans, build relationships, and deliver outstanding service while driving sales. The role includes ongoing product training, community outreach, and daily store operations.

Base pay starts at $12/hr with uncapped commissions; average earnings up to $17/hr. Eligible employees receive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, EAP, discounts, and career development
