VZ Wireless, Inc. in Saint Peter/Mankato area is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to sell and service Verizon wireless plans and products, build customer relationships, and resolve issues. Competitive salary with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive training are offered.

You will work with a team to deliver attentive, friendly service, achieve sales goals, and participate in ongoing product training. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with a variety of computer programs
• Reliable, punctual and available for flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Spanish bilingual skills may be given preference in some locations.

Responsibilities

• As a Verizon Wireless Zone Sales Associate, you will build business and expand your store’s reputation by providing attentive, helpful, and friendly service to create and retain loyal Verizon Wireless customers.
• You will attain and maintain current training on all Verizon Wireless products and services plus, VZ Wireless policies and procedures.
• You will sell and service Verizon wireless plans and products as well as troubleshoot customers’ problems with plans and products and resolve issues.
