Job summary

Wireless Zone is seeking a full-time Sales Associate in the Saint Peter/Mankato area to provide attentive, friendly service and grow the store’s reputation for customer care. You will sell and service Verizon Wireless plans and products, and resolve customer issues while staying current with training on Verizon policies.

You should be able to discover customer needs, adapt quickly, and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment that rewards solid results in a fun workplace.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with a variety of computer programs.
• Reliable, punctual and available for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service Verizon Wireless plans and products, and troubleshoot customers’ problems with plans and products.
• Attain and maintain training on all Verizon Wireless products and policies, and represent the store to build customer loyalty.

Full-Time Saint Peter/Mankato Area

$35,000 to $60,000 a year

Earn Commission in 30-60 days

As a Verizon Wireless Zone Sales Associate, you will build business and expand your store’s reputation by providing attentive, helpful, and friendly service to create and retain loyal Verizon Wireless customers. You will attain and maintain current training on all Verizon Wireless products and services plus, VZ Wireless policies and procedures. You will sell and service Verizon wireless plans and products as well as troubleshoot customers’ problems with plans and products and resolve issues.

You are a valuable piece of our success. Your ability to discover a customer’s needs and adapt quickly to change are the first steps in your potential to grow.

Qualifications of Successful Sales Associates

• Sales or Customer Service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with a variety of computer programs
• Reliable, punctual and available for flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Spanish bilingual skills may be given preference in some locations.
