AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Sikeston, MO. You will guide customers on options using a consultative approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to build relationships.

You will work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly and seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Training and coaching provided if you lack sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls to customers.
