AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in New Iberia, LA. You will be at the center of the sales floor, using your personalized sales expertise to connect with customers and meet goals.

You'll guide customers through options with a consultative approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Training will be provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 2-week advance seniority-based schedules.
• Fast-paced environment; stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided to meet goals.
