Rymco LLC – Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to be the face of Cricket Wireless, delivering outstanding service and connecting customers with wireless solutions that fit their needs.

You will greet customers, present wireless plans and devices, upsell accessories, and strive to meet sales goals. The role offers hourly pay with commissions, paid training, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or marketing background is a plus (not required).
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• English language required.
• Availability to work listed hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
