Rymco LLC – Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to be the face of Cricket Wireless, delivering friendly, expert service and helping customers choose wireless plans and devices.

The role offers hourly pay with commissions, a friendly sales environment, paid training and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and employee discounts. Availability Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Sun 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or marketing background preferred but not required.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and escalate when necessary.
