Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, in Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories and entertainment bundles, including DIRECTV and Internet, to meet monthly sales goals.

This full-time role offers base pay with commission and a monthly bonus, plus benefits such as PTO, medical/dental, 401(k), and employee discounts. Strong performers can earn over $50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Excel in selling all AT&T's products and services, including entertainment, as we are a full-service lifestyle solution for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Build a total solution for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
