Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and services.
• Customer outreach.
• Maintain proper store operations.
