Verizon is hiring for a retail sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and knowledge of cutting-edge technology. You will identify customer needs, present top-down solutions, and close sales with strong communication skills.

This onsite role offers daily training, opportunities to grow, and a commission program that can significantly boost earnings beyond base pay, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and upskill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Possibly place outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
