Job summary

My Wireless is a fast growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with more than 240 locations in the US and Puerto Rico. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage customers, educate them on AT&T products and guide them through the buying process.

You will earn strong base pay plus uncapped commission, receive ongoing paid training, and have growth opportunities in a dynamic, energetic environment. Join a team that values teamwork and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US; HS diploma or equivalent (Required).
