Job summary

Rymco LLC – Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless in Morristown, TN is looking for a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate. You will greet customers, present wireless plans, phones and accessories, and help them choose solutions that fit their needs.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented with strong communication skills, available to work a retail schedule, and eager to earn through base pay and performance-based commissions. Training is provided and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).
• Language English (Required).
• Availability to work: Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sun 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and escalated when necessary
