Connectivity Source is hiring for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions in the Paducah, KY area. The role offers an average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs, plus a $400 new hire payout ramp-up structure.

As the face of our company, you will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a busy retail environment selling 5G wireless services at T-Mobile stores. Open availability and a dynamic bonus program support quick income growth.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
