DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Lake Charles, Louisiana. If you enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, you will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and aim to close sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance.
