Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro to join our team in Wayne, WV. You will connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving.

No prior wireless experience is required, but you must be driven to learn. Shifts can be 8–10 hours, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for career advancement and coaching within a high-energy environment.

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

Sales Pros are the go-to wireless experts for our shoppers, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving.
