Job summary

Acosta Group in Santa Clarita is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro to drive phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundles at our Premium wireless locations. You will engage customers, explain wireless solutions simply, and guide shoppers through setup and activation.

This part-time role offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions, flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings, and a pathway for career growth. A friendly, high-energy environment with coaching support is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
