Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 Wireless Retail outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives.

As a Wireless Sales Professional, your role is to connect shoppers with wireless products & solutions they want & need. You will be the go-to wireless expert, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving. We are hiring now!

What will you do?

  • Meet or exceed sales goals through phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
  • Proactively engage shoppers in conversations.
  • Explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
  • Recommend personalized solutions to customers.
  • Assist customers with setup and activation of products.
  • Keep displays stocked and organized.

How will you succeed?

  • Display high energy and start conversations with shoppers.
  • Be resilient and resourceful in a high-traffic environment.
  • Be eager to excel in an uncapped commission role.
  • Provide excellent service with integrity.
  • Stand/move around during 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Be flexible to work during peak times, including weekends and holidays.

Prior sales experience or wireless knowledge is not mandatory; we will train you on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing training.
