Job summary

OSL Retail Services seeks a Team Lead to drive sales excellence across our mobile expert teams. You will understand customer needs, provide tailored product solutions, and coach staff to exceed targets. The role requires leadership, scheduling, and active collaboration with leadership to meet KPIs.

Full-time position with opportunities for growth, professional development, and involvement in diversity initiatives. Must be able to travel to stores as needed and maintain a vehicle for operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service orientation with tailored solutions.
• Ability to train and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Experience forecasting sales, budgeting, merchandising, and retail metrics.
• Willingness to work full-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

• Drive sales excellence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions

• Participate in all required training, including personal and professional development
• Contribute to sales initiatives and work side by side with your team when needed

What it Takes

• Full-time availability, including days, evenings, and weekends (and holidays)
• 1+ years' experience in a management role
• Able to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extensive periods
• Own a vehicle and be able to travel to your store(s) during operational hours
• Understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
• Track record of leading teams who exceeded sales targets and quotas
• Able to manage budgets, forecast sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
