Job summary

OSL Retail Services in Oregon is seeking a Team Lead to drive sales excellence, coach a Mobile Experts team, and deliver outstanding personalized customer experiences across our stores.

The role requires full-time availability, leadership experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 pounds, with travel to stores as needed. You will train staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with leadership to hit KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a management role.
• Full-time availability including days, evenings, weekends (and holidays).
• Willingness to travel to store locations.
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals.

Responsibilities

What it Takes

• Full-time availability, including days, evenings, and weekends (and holidays)
• 1+ years' experience in a management role
• Able to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extensive periods
• Own a vehicle and be able to travel to your store(s) during operational hours
• Understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
• Track record of leading teams who exceeded sales targets and quotas
• Able to manage budgets, forecast sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
