Job summary

Premium in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of Wireless Specialists to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop staff, maintain staffing levels, ensure excellence across all stores and analyze performance data to seize opportunities, while fostering a relationship-driven, culture-centric work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience in wireless or related sectors.
• At least three years of wireless or consumer electronics sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
