Acosta Group is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across wireless retail locations. This role rewards high performance with uncapped commissions and ongoing training.

You’ll meet aggressive sales goals, mentor teammates, lead onboarding, and travel between stores as needed. The position offers weekly pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$18-22 per/hr. + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $18-22 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
