Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier retailer in the United States, seeks part-time Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will connect guests to technology, create an outstanding in-store experience, and drive product knowledge across the team.

In this role you will meet monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, and assist with merchandising and operations. The position includes paid training, 401K match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals; work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and provide resolutions.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple; foster a competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
