You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests to technology they value and driving in-store experiences that matter. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career, working with peers to meet sales goals, answer questions, and resolve issues in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
