Job summary

Victra is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join our Verizon premium retailer team. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and deliver an exceptional store experience to drive sales and loyalty.

In this role you will meet monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, and provide solutions through knowledgeable service. You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
