Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in-store. You will drive sales, provide product recommendations, and create personal connections with guests to simplify technology.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and ready to join a dynamic, fast-paced retail team with opportunities for

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
At least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, working with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
