Victra is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join our Maryland team. You will deliver world-class service, drive sales, and create memorable in-store experiences for Every Guest, Every Time.

You will collaborate with the store team to meet monthly goals, learn product benefits, and help customers connect technology to life in a fast-paced retail environment while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
