AT&T is hiring in Highlands Ranch, Colorado for a Wireless Sales Consultant role. You will engage customers with a consultative approach to help choose the best mobile solutions, devices, and services while meeting sales targets and earning commissions.

You’ll participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to nurture opportunities. A flexible schedule (9am–9pm, weekends) supports a dynamic retail environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two-week advance seniority-based scheduling.
