Job summary

AT&T offers a frontline retail sales opportunity where you’ll build meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise. You’ll be at the center of it all, working with the latest devices and services to meet customer needs.

You’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base. Weekly hours are 40, with shifts 9am–9pm including weekends, and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• FIll online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
