Prime Communications in Madison, WI is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll earn base pay plus commission, with potential to reach $40,000–$50,000+ per year based on performance, plus a ramp-up bonus, training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Must be 18+, able to work evenings/weekends, and have reliable transportation.

• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
