Prime Communications, a leading AT&T retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Kentucky. You'll help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology and entertainment solutions, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and representing the AT&T brand.

You'll earn base pay plus commissions ($40,000 to $50,000+ annually) with a ramp-up bonus during the first three months, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
