Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Retail Sales Consultant in Olathe, KS to guide customers through choices with a consultative selling approach on the sales floor. You will participate in community events, process online orders, and reach out via outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers.

The role emphasizes flexibility to cover a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• This is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ notice for seniority-based shifts.
