Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the AT&T brand in the community.

You will build relationships, hit sales goals with a competitive commission, and have opportunities for growth within the company. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with 18+ and legal work authorization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
