Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Texas. You’ll help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, devices, and entertainment options while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Earn base pay plus a competitive commission plan ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year based on performance), plus a ramp-up bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
