Prime Communications, LP, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. You will help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology and entertainment solutions that fit their needs, in a fast-paced store environment.

This role offers base pay plus commission ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year based on performance) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store.
• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
