Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Albemarle, NC. You’ll help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions, while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You’ll hit sales goals, earn commissions, participate in a ramp-up bonus, and access training and career growth opportunities, plus health benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
