Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales is a plus but not required.
• Management experience not required but helpful for advancement.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates proactively.
• Handle administrative tasks and communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
• Manage time effectively; open and close the store and secure sensitive items.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations.
