Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless dealer in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a Wireless Consultant to sell phones, service plans and accessories while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, with the opportunity to earn commissions based on performance. Weekend and holiday shifts are required at various locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience with major carriers is a plus.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, cash handling.
• Familiar with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ambitious, goal‑oriented, passionate, tenacious, assertive, confident, motivated, competitive, honest, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and displays per corporate standards.
• Work with management to resolve issues and learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Help ensure the store opens/closes properly and protect sensitive items.
