Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Florida is seeking ambitious wireless sales representatives to join our Cricket Wireless Dealer team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, greet customers, explain promos and policy updates, and drive sales of no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.

You should have at least a high school diploma and one year of retail or customer service experience. Proficiency with Word, Excel, POS systems, and cash handling is expected; flexible hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly and timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork and forms, and communicating with management to resolve issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Utilizes time management, shows up on time, opens/closes store, and secures sensitive items.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers; participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations.
