Job summary

AT&T in North Myrtle Beach is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with personalized sales expertise and earn commission on top of base pay.

You’ll work on the sales floor, support online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Shifts 9am–9pm, including weekends, with schedules released two weeks in advance. Training and coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly schedules released in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales targets and provide excellent service.
