Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending the latest wireless technology, devices, and entertainment solutions. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and work to build lasting relationships in the local community.

Base pay plus competitive commission ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year potential) with a ramp-up bonus, training, and benefits. This role offers growth into leadership positions within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; retail or sales preferred.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Weekend/evening availability as needed.
• Reliable transportation to store location.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities
