Job summary

Prime Communications, LP, an AT&T authorized retailer with over 2,000 locations, seeks driven Retail Sales Consultants to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless tech and entertainment solutions. This role offers growth into leadership and a performance-based pay structure.

You'll work in a friendly store environment, hit sales goals, earn commission, and participate in training and career development. Nights and weekends required; transportation to the store is necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
