Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Stockton, CA. You will engage customers with a consultative approach, helping them choose from the latest devices and services. Expect a 40-hour work week, including weekends, with dynamic scheduling and a strong importance on customer satisfaction.

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus and training/coaching is provided to help meet goals.
