Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. You will join the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S. with over 2,000 locations and a culture of promoting from within.

In this role you will deliver an outstanding in-store experience, meet sales goals with commission, and support store operations while representing the AT&T brand in your local community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
