Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Tennessee. You will engage customers in-store, recommend AT&T wireless and entertainment solutions, and strive to meet sales goals while earning commissions. This role supports store operations and builds local community relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, retail or sales experience, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexible schedules including evenings and weekends are required; transportation to the store

Formación

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
