Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers in-store, recommend wireless products, devices, and entertainment solutions, and help customers stay connected.

You will hit sales goals, earn commission, participate in a ramp-up program, and receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset focused on customer success.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
