Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, devices, and entertainment solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle.

You will join a team at one of over 2,000 locations and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles with room to advance within the company’s expansive network across 48 states.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
