Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Brentwood, TN. You’ll help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology and entertainment solutions, while delivering an exceptional in-store experience and growing with a company that promotes from within.

Base pay plus competitive commission ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year potential based on performance), ramp-up bonus, training, and a full benefits package await.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
